2) Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organisation? (List three reason with explanation)
1. i am impassioned by organizing an Ems department into a professional Ems team that is proactive and effective as one of the most significant organizations within the game server Ems is also a professionally run organization that should be organized with respect i want players of Ems to be proud to wear their uniform and have a sense of pride in what they do i want members to feel supported by their leadership and know that the leadership supports them

i have experience successfully leading and managing people in roleplay internationally I have had experience resolving internal conflicts amongst members of different personalities and agreeing on how to focus on their larger vision as an Ems leader I plan to ensure that shifts are responsible for sticking to the shift schedule and the members know exactly what their responsibilities are.
3. improving the roleplaying quality and interaction with other organizations agencies
ems is not only responsible for an individual resuming their gameplay as if they were not killed in the game but Ems must also be the cause of creating good roleplaying events for each Ems scene i plan to improve the quality of Ems roleplays by encouraging more realistic medical roleplay I will create better communication networks between Ems, LSPD, Fib and Gangs and create more story driven scenarios for players within the game server which makes Ems an integral part of their roleplay experience rather than just a side job.
3) Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
1. All EMS personnel should be knowledgeable of the proper method for performing all aspects of their job while trained to role play injury treatment and medical situations thus creating a better experience for all involved in a scene.
2. Through role play EMS members should communicate and work together so that RP feels real and professional EMS members should communicate in character make proper radio calls and support other members during the RP scene.
3. EMS members should focus on developing storylines instead of just reviving and or leaving the scene EMS should ask about the situation create a scenario then respond to have all calls involve an actual RP scene.
4 i would provide assistance to other agencies such as the LSPD and the gangs to assist in developing scenarios for use by all servers allowing both longer and a better level of RP.
