2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation).

• I have been working with Lifeinvader for over a year. Most of my time has been with the Ads team, but I've gained good experience in Creative and Journalism departments. For the past 4–5 months, I’ve been serving as Ads/HR High Command, where I’ve learned a lot and consistently tried my best to contribute quality work to the organization.

• As I mentioned, I’ve worked in Lifeinvader for over a year, during which I’ve closely observed many High Commands and Leaders, learned from their work ethics and leadership skills. I’ve also shared many of my ideas along the way, though I know there’s still much more for me to achieve and contribute to this organisation.

• I am polite but also strict, and I always try to stay professional. I can handle every situations calmly and I believe I am ready to lead this dynamic organization.



3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.


• I have several plans to improve the quality of work across departments.

I. Ads: I plan to divide the Ads team into 3–4 shifts, ensuring 24/7 coverage with at least 5–10 employees active in each shift.
II. Creative: I will build a strong High Command team along with skilled creative employees, so we can deliver client services quickly and efficiently.
III. Journalism: Previously considered underrated, the Journalism department is now as active as the others departments. I intend to expand this team by hiring more employees, enabling us to cover every vital situation happening in the city every day.



• To make the organization more active and to motivate employees, I have planned several events:

I. Weekly Performance Event: Each week, a performance event will be held. From every department, the best performer will be recognized and awarded exciting prize money.
II. Inter-Organization Events: I plan to organize frequent inter-org events, giving employees opportunities to enjoy, compete, and win prizes.
III. Promotion Ceremony: I will also arrange weekly promotion ceremonies to appreciate employees’ hard work and reward them with promotions.
