2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific Organization? (List three reasons with explanation)
2.1) EMS was my first organization i joined ic i learned much from here and gain much rp experience, to be honest i really love to help other people and saving there life’s, so i think that EMS is the only organization where i can save people life from the serious disease.
2.2) I have been in EMS for a long time and gain experience to become leader, i have been many time high command also to gain more expirence.
2.3) I love attending the calls and events so i can represent EMS among other organizations in state calls and events. So I will take care of everyone in events to represent my organization EMS.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the Organization?
3.1) I plan to set up a strong and professional HR department that will focus on training new recruits efficiently.
3.2) I will hire members from different time zones so the lobby and calls are active 24/7.
3.3) I will organize weekly base promotion ceremony so that all employees work more harder.
3.4) I will try to make friendly environment in organization so that all members can easily complaint about any HCs.
3.5) I will try to run my organization without any conflict between organization members.
