Timestamp of Pg: 2:05 POV He finds my personal information while i was wearing mask and moving. Then he used radio while he is grabbing me by his arm
Timestamp of Fail Rp and Gr6.4: 1:25 POV He asking me for passport without identifying himself, He was just looking like a citizen how will i know he is from fib? Then he cuffed me and said failure to comply? After sometime, When i asked him to identify himself and show me his id he was not showing and not identifying himself.

You can see in 2nd pov Deceiving Admin.
TL: 1:19 He is telling you that he has been Cuffed without reason. The reason he was Cuffed is that he is a state wanted.
I all ready tell them to charges. And I am can't show I was an undercover agent, that's why I can't show my identity.

ID 143748 cant be unpunished as you already did your jail time and removed your warn, Also will not consider as GR 6.4 as Under cover agents are not obliged to show ID for this situation as he allowed On Duty officer to show his ID which you can use that to make IC case file.
