2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
a) I have just finished a very successful LSPD term which saw activity sky rocket from previous terms, I enjoyed leadership so much that I want to apply for another leadership position. During my term, I managed to form a reliable, efficient team around me which will join me yet again in FIB if I do get the position which will boost my activity even more.
b) FIB is and has always been seen as the elite state organisation, which includes casefiles and the organisation of raids. I previously worked as a Supreme Court Justice so I had my hands on these casefiles everyday. Due to this, I have a string understanding of the justice system and the responsibilities set for the FIB. I want to make it my duty to ensure the responsibilities of FIB are upheld and the term runs smoothly.
c) I have seen State be dominated by Gangs for too long now, I hope to put a stop to this with an active FIB terms and frequent raids. Ill be able to achieve this with my team and everyone in state organisations. In addition, one of my key objectives is to allow the organisation to run in a smooth manner. This includes but doesn't limit to removing misconduct and internal conflicts with the help of my experienced IA team.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
a) Communicate with other state organisations more, state is strong when it works as one. With my leadership, we hope to allow a conflict less barrier between all state orgs which will allow us to communicate and work as team while still performing out individual duties.
b) Life Invader - During my LSPD term I managed to involve with LI often which not only increased exposure of Law Enforcement officials to the public but it also increases general trust around the city for citizens. This included coverage of promotion ceremony's and leader interviews accompanied by the deputies.
c) State Legislation - One of the most important things in state when it comes to role play is following laws. I will insure my HRT team has full confidence in training officers before they are given the greenlight to operate solo. This way, role play is increased through a number of branches, procedures are realistic and corruption is minimalised.
