A1: As Always, the first thing which I will do to improve roleplay in organization is to make sure there is no place for toxicity and favouritism in my org

A2: Also, we will try to do fz raid store/gun store robbery twice a day + leading ghetto with max yellow graffiti's on the ghetto walls.

A3: will try to do minimum 1 hostage situation in various places to increase the roleplay level between Leos and bandits.

   (2.1)I want to lead Los santos vagos because the day I switched from legal organization to gangs i felt like there is so much potential here which is not being used at all.
   (2.2)My first ever gang was marabunta, there I realized there is so much more opportunity for role play then compared to legal organization right now i've noticed most of the people choose legal organization because of getting salary every hour and low risk, while gang member constantly deal with arrests and fines. I came from LEO, so I understand that system and how to work around it.
   (2.3)When we talk about dominant gangs in ghetto, name of ballas or bloods comes up to our mind.... I want to change that, i want people to be scared before entering ghetto that they might get ambushed by the best ever Vagos gang the city has ever seen. I want the cops to get the feeling that "it must be vagos" whenever they hear about a store robbery or hostage situation. I want my gang to dominate illegal roleplay.
3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
   My goal will not be to fill my gang with lots of people, but to fill it with deserving people who are willing to do roleplay, and daring enough to bear the consequence of the roleplay. I will be recruiting guys with prior experience and i will not give second chances to those who fails to do proper roleplay. I've been playing for almost 2years now and roleplaying is one of the major concerns in the roleplay server. I will actively work on great quality roleplay. High command ranks will be given to the best roleplayers and with the right skillsets. I will strictly stick to the rule of the server and make sure my gang does it aswell.
   My goal is to make Vagos worth choosing over legal organisation just because of the quality of roleplay we will be doing, with planned crimes, well managed hostage situations and store robs and will organize the gang in such a way where every members stick together and care about each other, stay active, and basically the typical organized gang from any criminal webseries, I want to build a gang that leos will be scared because of our unity will allow us to give and take lives inorder to save our gang members!

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.)Gang ties and friendship are more important than law enforcement, since most people are there for financial benefit.I can't remember how many times my group and I returned to the shop or FWZ to help my brother and pals throughout previous terms I have worked.
2.)The leaders' lack of involvement with the gang members during events like store robberies, highway robberies, NG raids, etc., caused a lot of trouble. simply due to a lack of leadership. However, I think that in order to properly guide each and every gang member, I should participate in as many events as possible.
3.)Because highcommands often hire new gang members without conducting a thorough interview, as a leader, I will ensure that all gang members are invited to join the group following a proper interview.
4.)For good leadership, only capable individuals will be promoted to deputy positions in my term.

2.1 Based on my observations of previous Vagos terms and my observations within the police force, I've found that the Vagos haven't yet reached their current heights and haven't reached their former prominence. Based on my previous gang experience, I believe I have full confidence that I can return the Vagos to their former glory.

2.2 In my opinion, the headquarters location of the vagos is easier to protect strategically than the headquarters locations of other gangs, since it is away from the main ghetto, the surroundings of the headquarters are quieter and it is also close to the beach market.
2.3 Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
My advice for improving the Rp level in the organization is that I will also invest my time in teaching the new people about the gang which most of the leaders doesn’t do as most of the players doesn’t know the ghetto rules and make sure that no one breaks the Rules. My Main aim is to make the gang environment as friendly where each member feels confident and freely to express his/her opinion in every event.

3.1 I will teach our culture to new gang members, provide them with weapons, ammunation, armor, and increase the chaos and turmoil in the ghetto.


3.2 There will be no favourtism or anything in the gang. Everything will be done fairly.

my advice to improving the roleplay organization i can consistency in events if i will l organized back to back events so the player also get so much fun in events for shooting and all things i maintain that fear in leos always so that was so much of fun like inshort we can do so many events back to back.
