Life story:​

Raiyan was born in Pakistan in a middle class family. He didn't have any financial or family problems and lived a normal happy life. Both of his parents are Doctors, his grandfather was a professor and a professional hunter, one of his uncle is a lawyer and one is district commissioner. That is from where his dream to be a police officer started. At a young age he moved to Saudi Arabia with his family and was raised there. He lived there for 10 years, spending his entire childhood there. After that he moved to Portugal for further studies with his mother and his brothers.

He was the eldest son so had to take his father's spot in his absence. During his studies he volunteered in many community works especially ones near his local police station. He started to have connections with a lot of police officers and they told him how many things work. That was another spark in his choice. After graduating and completing his studies he joined USSS and quickly gained trust of the governor, Sadi Ivedek. He worked hard and gained a lot of experience eventually ending his career in USSS as the COS in Khalil Mohammed's government term. He then decided to gain experience as a medical officer in EMS, thus he joined it, following his parents footsteps. After completing his training for 4 years he came back to the Law enforcement. He then joined SAHP and worked hard and climbed the ranks. After the term he went to LSPD and worked hard. He gained the trust of Chief of Police, Bob Versteri in no time. He stayed in LSPD for 2 terms and ended his career in LSPD as COS.

Now then he had a lot of experience under his belt. He believed he can take on the harder task, being the leader. He applied for the leadership of SAHP and got it. After being appointed as the leader of SAHP, Raiyan quickly realized the position carried intense political pressure and administrative scrutiny. Several of his decisions, though made with good intentions, conflicted with higher authorities and internal oversight bodies. As tensions grew and confidence in his leadership became divided, Raiyan ultimately chose to step down rather than allow the department to be torn apart by internal conflict. Losing the position he had worked his entire life toward shattered Raiyan’s sense of identity. For the first time, he felt replaceable and defeated. Unable to cope, he turned to substance abuse and surrounded himself with the wrong influences, briefly losing sight of the values that once defined him.

During this period he started to drift towards street gangs but something wasn't right. He couldn't fit in, his past experience in law enforcement made it difficult for him but his knowledge of how the system works earned him respect and temporary protection. Despite this he never belonged there. Violence, lack of structure and no value of innocent lives heavily conflicted with the values he was raised with. Witnessing all this he realized he was becoming the thing he once swore to stop and fight against. Thought he damage was done, this marked the turning point in his life.
