2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
-1. Solid Understanding of Gang Roleplay and Street Culture As someone with an understanding of how roleplay works within the boundaries of a gang and how street organizations operate during conflicts and daily life scenarios, I would like to become the Leader of the Bloods. I understand the mechanics of how to uphold a gang’s identity and encompass the protection of the gang’s reputation and how to steer members within the places of the street and culture of the Bloods.
-2. Ability to Foster Team Spirit and Cohesion Bloods are an organization of loyalty, cohesion, and a distinct internal structure. I want to develop an internal structure with an organized hierarchy where the members know their positions, roles, and the chain of command. With solid leadership, adequate training, and open lines of communication, I will ensure that the gang members operate like a true family that supports one another during every circumstance.

Improving Gang Activity and Roleplay Quality One of my main objectives is to enhance the Bloods’ RP standards and grow the organization’s activity on the streets to make it more realistic and instill fear. I plan to make the Bloods one of the server’s top and most respected criminal organizations by facilitating daily activities, coordinated assaults, territory control RP, and scenario-based roleplay.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To facilitate the RP integration within the Bloods on Grand RP, the organization must work on developing more refined criminal operations, which entails more organization and realism. All members must follow and act under a definitive plan during any illegal activities (turf wars, drug runs, all types of robberies, etc.). The creation of pivotal roles such as shot caller, driver, flanker, and support shooter, increases coordination and professionalism within the group. Also, daily engagement is crucial. The organization of daily block meetings, mini-trainings, loyalty tests, and neighborhood patrols sustains activity and connection amongst the members. This makes the gang feel alive, as opposed to a discord group that only comes together to fight. The third most important aspect of the RP is the communication within the group. The members of the gangs must all use proper gang slang, remain in character, and most importantly, respect the hierarchy of the gang. The absence of any of these factors would remove any professionalism and structure, and replace it with disorder and chaos. New members must be oriented on how the Bloods operates, including the rules, culture, and most importantly, the behavior. This serves to improve roleplay within the server, as well as the organization’s reputation. To summarize, the Bloods require more realistic actions and refined structures in order to achieve the position of being, the most respected gang in the Grand RP servers.

My main goals :
As the leader of this organization, I want to aim to transform the Bloods into one of the most formidable and acknowledged gangs on the server. My aim is for us to become that one gang where all of us, as members, will earn our positions through loyalty, activity, and discipline, not through any relationships or biased favoritism, and therefore, promotions will be earned through the evaluation and assessment of one’s behavior, performance and his/her contributions to the gang. Through top-notch roleplay, organized street events, and a strong inner organization, I will successfully earn the Bloods a positive and respectable reputation. Every member will define and solidify his/her role and responsibility as a Blood and a representative of the Bloods to the wider audience of Grand RP. We will be a feared and respected gang. By improving our coordination, communication, and teamwork, we will truly differentiate ourselves from the other gangs by proving that we can achieve the higher ranks on the ladder, through professional unity. We aim to earn the server’s respect by being the best in our actions.
