I acknowledge that I made a mistake. However, I also believe that the other party’s full POV is necessary. It is clearly evident that the video was not submitted as a full POV, and it is possible that they may have started inside the area. For this reason, I think the other party may have entered the area before it officially started. I kindly request the full POV from the other party for proper verification.

I think that it is a rule that videos shorter than one minute are not accepted. Therefore, shouldn’t the ticket opened by the other party be considered invalid?
