Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
Invalid evidence (Edited POV is not acceptable)
FYI:
- As you went to provoke the officer when he was dealing with another citizen, you created an obstruction in law. For that the officer can ask for your passport.
- As you created an obstruction, you can be detained by state employees and you tried to flee. Thus, officer tried to stop you.
- When you entered the ghetto, the officer tried to chase you but he did not continue the chase and left the ghetto. No further proof seen for the officer continuing the chase alone in ghetto.
- POV had a cut and it is considered edited.
