Leader of the San Andreas National Guard (SANG)

2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?​

2.1​

I bring extensive experience from multiple state organizations, including SAHP, LSPD, FIB, the Government, and the National Guard. Over my time in state service, I have held several high-ranking leadership positions such as Chief of Staff in LSPD, Head of Department in FIB, Commander within SAHP, Major General in the National Guard, and COA in the Government.My journey through these departments was built on commitment, discipline, and consistent hard work. After spending a significant amount of time serving the state and progressing through the ranks, I believe I am fully prepared to take on the responsibility of leading a critical organization like SANG. I have developed strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to make firm decisions under pressure. My long-term goal is to enhance roleplay quality by introducing structured plans, realistic operations, and innovative ideas within the organization.

I have dedicated nearly a year to working with state organizations, gaining valuable insight into how each department operates and cooperates with others. While my time in the National Guard has been limited compared to other departments, it allowed me to clearly understand its purpose, responsibilities, and operational structure. Although I did not previously have the opportunity to lead within NG, I now feel this is the right time to step forward and take on that challenge.
Through my past Ranks in all organizations, I have learned how to manage personnel effectively, maintain professionalism, and build strong working relationships across the city. My vision for SANG includes strengthening its internal structure, enhancing base security procedures, and implementing consistent training programs to improve the readiness and skill level of all soldiers. I aim to lead with integrity, fairness, and transparency, ensuring that every member is treated with respect, recognized for their efforts, and held accountable for their actions.

My objective is to build a team of responsible and committed individuals who work together cohesively and carry out their duties with accountability. I will consistently motivate and guide my team to ensure that objectives are successfully achieved. As the San Andreas National Guard, we will actively cooperate with other state organizations and work collectively to suppress and eliminate criminal activities across the State of Los Santos.


3. Your advice for improving the Role Play level in the organization.

I intend to plan time zones and duty schedules to ensure a SANG presence at all times of the day across all shifts. This will improve availability for roleplay and engagement throughout the organization. Soldiers will be recruited through both IC and OOC evaluations to maintain discipline, professionalism, and capability. Comprehensive simulation-based training programs will be conducted in all core areas, including pursuit and tactical operations, to enhance realism, efficiency, and overall performance.


Departments in SANG


Air Force (AF)
The Air Force unit will focus on aerial surveillance of both the military base and the city. Their primary responsibility will be to monitor airspace, conduct reconnaissance missions, and gather intelligence on suspicious movements and ongoing criminal activity from above.


Black Operations (BO)
This division will be trained for high-risk and rapid-response situations. Their duties will include handling FZ raids, hostage scenarios, armed robberies, and other critical incidents that require precise coordination and tactical execution.


Human Resources (HR)
As one of the most essential departments within the organization, Human Resources will oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new personnel. They will also ensure proper staffing across different shifts, maintaining balance and operational readiness at all times.


Military Police (MP)
The Military Police will be responsible for ground patrols within and around the base, ensuring security at all entry points and preventing unauthorized or criminal actions. Additionally, they will manage internal oversight by conducting background verifications, license checks, activity and log reviews, and transport inspections to maintain discipline and accountability within the organization.


Public Relations (PR)
The PR department will organize regular public events to strengthen relationships with the community and increase the visibility of SANG. Once participation goals are achieved, internal events will also be hosted to improve morale, reward dedication, and encourage stronger roleplay interactions among members.
