Reason 1: Maintaining strict military discipline inside NG
National Gurard is a military faction that must show discipline, professionalism and a proper chain of command. I want to ensure that every member follows orders, respects ranks, and behaves according to military standards during all duties and roleplay situations.
Reason 2: Improving activity and management
As a leader, I will make sure that logs, duties, patrols and training are monitored daily and every member has clear responsibilities and accountability.
Reason 3: Raising the roleplay quality and reputation of NG
I want to focus on realistic military roleplay, proper communication and organized operations so NG becomes one of the most respected and professional factions on the server.

To improve to RP level in NG I would conduct regular military trainings and drills, enforce strict respect for ranks, Maintain Strict log checking and increase coordination with LSPD, FIB and other factions for joint operations.
