Please read GR 6.24 Rule says. You can not shoot or kill any starter job which includes Taxi job as well in the first POV he was leaving from you but you killed him anyways. Since, already punished for the same situation another forum. I hope this message makes you knowledgeable to not make mistakes in the future. And in Mega Mall event event rule follows.
