2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 First of all,I want to speak about my experience into the state organizations,in LSPD,FIB,SAHP,GOV i have been a HC for many times.For example : HOD OF SAU,Chief Of Staff (FIB);US Marshal (SAHP),Chief Of Staff of IA (LSPD),GOV USSS (HC) ect.These positions gave me an experience and i learned all things how to be professional state organizations member,so now i am ready to become a leader of Los Santos Police Department.
2.2 Secondly,my main goal is to make that organization active,as I saw for many times ,other LSPD leaders had activity issue,their units were not responding to the situations,so my main promise is that,i will have active units and we will respond all of the situations
2.3 Thirdly,many times into the organization there is toxicity issue,which makes conflict between units,they are insulting each other,which is unprofessionalism,so as a leader i promise that i always will control that kind of problems,because personally me i dont need unprofessional people into the organization,during my term if there gonna be any conflict,it will be concluded, and as a leader i will take correct actions.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1 To improve roleplay as a leader alone is hard to do,you need good high command team members,which i got it.Our main point is to have activity for 24/7,knowledge and professionalism,that kind of people i have into the team,all together,we will hire active officers,we will make sure that they have enough knowledge to develop RP and our organization,and don't make it in trouble.
