NG is kill on site zone and as u can see in pov he start shooted me first so how u can give me event rule 1.2 (It is forbidden to kill/rob/kidnap/etc. before the event starts(10 minutes before), during and 5 minutes after ) and i killed for my defence he shoot me first .

NG is a red zone area ,i,e shoot at site zone where ng can shoot us without demands and we can shoot at them too
