Rejected Ban Evading | Magnes_Haste

Hi dear Admins,

I am writing to request a review of my recent IP ban (Ban Evading), which I believe resulted from a misunderstanding.

The ban is dated 26-8-2023 "which I don't understand" because I was actively playing on the server every day for several months until yesterday using the same account, which can be verified in the server logs.

Regarding the VPN usage: I am from Egypt and we are now facing serious connection issues at that time in Egypt. An admin advised me to use Proton VPN so I could connect and not participate in any events, and I used it only for that reason.

I believe this may have caused my IP to be mistakenly flagged for ban evasion.

I would like to clarify that I have never attempted to evade a ban, I do not have any banned accounts for any reason, and I have always followed the server rules.
This situation is very upsetting, as I genuinely value this community and the time I have invested in it.

I am fully willing to cooperate with any checks or verification you require.

I kindly ask for your understanding and assistance in resolving this issue.
