hey dear administration,

i need help to explain me few things if i was getting killed by someone who ramming n crashing into us for whole 5 mins i can't do anything but standing n watching him kill me

like is this a loophole in the rules
vdm somebody n wait him to shoot then get him RDM with warning
i didn't even kill anyone there


any shoots on someone without situation or reason to, consider as RDM. i understand but getting ramming for 5 mins in povs n ramm us into sea n came back to contunue ramming us isn't that enough reason to protect ur self n pull ur gun out?

hey dear administration,

At no point did I kill the player. I only caused minor damage in an attempt to defend myself and make him stop. According to the server rules, Deathmatching is defined as “killing another person without a sufficient roleplay reason. No killing occurred in this situation.

This raises a serious concern for me. If a player can repeatedly VDM others, provoke them for several minutes, and the victims are not allowed to defend themselves in any way, does this not create a clear loophole in the rules?
In this scenario, a player could intentionally ram others until they react, then report them for RDM, while knowing the victims are not allowed to defend themselves.

Additionally, there was already clear escalation through repeated ramming, being pushed into the water without justification, and continuous provocation. From a roleplay perspective, this was an active and ongoing threat, not a random or unprovoked action from my side.

I am respectfully asking for:

1- A full explanation of how this situation resulted in an RDM punishment for me, despite no kill taking place.
2- Clarification on how players are expected to act when facing continuous VDM with no safe way to escape.
3- An explanation of how this does not constitute a loophole that can be abused under the current rule interpretation.
My intention is not to argue, but to fully understand the reasoning behind the decision and how the rules are meant to be applied in situations like this.
