There was a active gun fight going on so no RDM, that does not explain the full situation also give full POV. How did you know I'm doing MG or not? Now I think you're the one doing MG and making up things that not happened at all so that I can get punish?

There is no active conflict. You shoot the prisoner while taking him away and flee. Another piece of evidence is that you are both wearing the same clothes.
