Approximately 2+ months ago, I received a “lack of trust” because I leave interview , and after that I was blacklisted from leadership. I’m not exactly sure whether I was on the leadership blacklist from the very beginning .
because of my actions and mistakes at that time, I was given lack of trust, which is also the reason I got leader blacklisted. I understand why that decision was made, and I fully accept responsibility for it.
Since then, I’ve worked on improving myself, staying out of trouble, and being more careful with my behavior and decisions. I’m not trying to justify what happened — I just want the chance to show that I’ve learned from it over time.
I need only one change my everything is clean I am patient, so if you can give me change, even two or three months later, it's fine with me. Pls
