Rejected ban for 4.1RG

I was permanently banned for 4.1RG. I would like to be unbanned or, if possible, have my suspension reduced, because according to the rules, I should be banned for 60 days, not permanently. I really want to be unbanned. Frankly, I shouldn't have done what I did. I seriously regret it and I definitely won't do it again. Thank you for taking the time to read my request. Sincerely.
