He cuffed the Person instantly who was holding the hostage. The hostage was just in front of him and was not safe at all. 83281 abused his Cuffs and gave no chance to the person to react or get in the car.

How does holding a revolver and detaining a suspect constitute powergaming? A revolver is a single-handed weapon, and it has previously been stated that cuffing is permitted while using a single-handed weapon.

Additionally, there were only two bandits present near the hostage. I cuffed one individual only after he had moved away from the hostage and was no longer pointing a firearm at them, while the second individual remained inside the vehicle. There were also more LEOs on the scene at the time. Given these circumstances, how does this situation qualify as fail RP?

Additionally, player number 2101 was performing emotes while inside a circle — wouldn’t this be considered Fail RP?
Ignoring all of this, why was only my case found at fault?
