Sia Standl was born in Montreal, Quebec, to a family that put loyalty, discretion, and results ahead of rules. She learned early on that talking wasn't always necessary, but paying close attention could save her life. A very traumatic event made her unable to speak, but she quickly learned to use her silence to her advantage. After moving to Los Santos, Sia became a part of the Escobar family, which is one of the city's most powerful criminal family. She became a trusted member of the family because she was calm, observant, and able to work quietly. She learned how to deal with risk, keep relation strong, and work silently without being noticed. Later, she joined the Ballas under Antonio Narcos, where she learned about how gangs work together and how to plan for the future. Sia stayed a reliable figure through Hussein Standl's time with the Bloods and Sosa Mane's later leadership of the Bloods and Ballas. People trusted her because she could stay neutral and focused. She worked with Lifeinvader outside of her gang activities, editing ads and newspaper work. From this she gains knowledge about media and communication stronger. She made the switch to law enforcement on purpose and over time. Sia worked for the LSPD, then the SAHP, and finally the FIB for four terms.
