➢ I have been a member of LifeInvader for a long time. I also worked as HoD of Creative for 6 months and as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for about 3 months. Currently, I am the COO at Harry's Temporary Term. With my experience and deep knowledge about working of LifeInvader, I feel confident that I am a good fit for the Leadership of LifeInvader.

➢ During Harry's term, LifeInvader's first Corporate Charter was introduced. However, I recently noticed that there are some flaws and loopholes in some of its sections that indirectly contradict existing LifeInvader rules and regulations. So, I want to fix those flaws and introduce a new and perfect version of the Charter.

➢ I realized that LifeInvader’s relationship with State Organizations was not strong in past terms. So, I want to build stronger relationships between LifeInvader and State organizations, especially the Government, to promote mutual growth, cooperation, and trust.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

➢ I will make sure that all actions and disciplinary measures are carried out in accordance with the LifeInvader Corporate Charter and the Labour Code.

➢ Organize interviews, press conferences, and news coverage for IC situations such as store robberies, hostage situations, etc.

➢ Organize internal organization competition such as “Best Invader of the Month”, who will receive a Certificate of Appreciation from the CEO & COOs along with a prize.

➢ Conduct regular weekly exclusive interviews with the first persons of the state to enhance realism and engagement.

  • I spend as a Lifeinvader employee more that 2 years. And I learned deeply how Lifeinvader works. Now I believe I can handle Lifeinvader as a Leader.
  • I got lots of HC ranks during this journey (DHOD, HOD, COO), and I also learned a lot about Lifeinvader. And right now, Im perfect for Lifeinvader leadership.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.
  • Hosting more events with prize money so that we can connect with peoples. And also citizens can enjoy by taking a part in events where they can win prizes.
  • Hire more peoples for night shift work. Specially for Ads team so that they can clear all pending ADs at bight time.
  • hosting competitions for Lifeinvader employees. So that they can do their work more perfectly. And also by doing this they can earn extra money.
  • taking interview of other org Leaders or Deputy Leaders.
  • Everytime at least one journalist employee must be available to attend daily events and cover every scenario so that we can write an article about it.
  • If we hire more employees for Journalism team then its can be help us to write daily articles.

2.1) My personal experience in the organization
- I have been in LI from a long time and worked in different departments such as Ads Team, Journalism Team, Creative Team, and worked as HR Manager also and achieve a good rank HOD of Journalism, I have faced some challenges in my department, learned from my mistakes and improved myself step by step. This experience helped me to understand the responsibility as a High Command and of a leader.

2.2) Inspired by different Leaders.
- I have worked under different leaders such as Rich Roggerr, Muttie Ilya, Sophie Lynn, Pixel Federal and Graven Nightfall temp terms and most recent Goku Drip, I have observed the working style, decision making and communication methods of these leaders. This has taught me how to handle a term even in difficult situations. This experience inspired me to take responsibilities and guide others just like they guided me.

2.3) My Vision in Lifeinvaders
- I wanted to become leader because I have a clear vision to improve LI and grow it in positive direction. My Focus will be on improving communication between different departments and between the citizens and Improving working efficiency of each department and make a supportive environment for all members of organization and citizens in city.

3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

3.1) We will encourage the Journalism team to make new things in my term such as Field interviews and covering different type of situations such as Landslides, Weather for-casts, Accidents etc , This will help journalism team to improve RolePlay and make it more realistic.

3.2) In my term we will make sure to conduct different types of events such as Talent Show, Fashion Show, Car Show etc and other different challenges along with good rewards. It will help us to be active throughout the city.

3.3) In my term we will suggest and try to make it available if possible to make some new services such as covering whole marriages and making its album, and we will make us available to cover ceremonies of different organizations.

3.4) We will hire new members with good skills and communication for different departments for both Day and Night Shift which will help us to be more active throughout a Day and make the each department more reliable and efficient.

1. I want to prove myself in Life invader also as a leader and show everyone how life invader looks like when you give your best in keeping all the departments active rather than just focusing on ads department.,

2. I have seen only articles being posted on Life invader CNN from past 3-4 months and according to me journalism is not only about posting and writing articles only. There is a lot of things which can be done in journalism department to make it more active and creative then other departments. So, I wanna improve journalism department even more with my ideas and creativity.,

3. I will make sure that every employee gets what he deserves and there should be no favoritism and internal conflicts between the employees in my term.

1. I will make sure that their is regular flow of ads and no one has to wait for their ads to be published which will increase trade and interactions between the citizens.,

2. I will make sure that regular videos and articles are made and published on CNN so the citizens can get to know the current situations of Los santos and gets the news on time.,

3. I will make sure that the creative team remains active in my term and every poster is made on time so that their can be more party and birthday celebrations and more crowd can be gathered and enjoy together.,

4. I will organize unique and creative events so that both employees and citizens can interact with each other and it will also attract the citizens to participate more in events.,

5. I will make sure that the HR department is also active and regularly helping citizens by resolving their issues and helping them in clearing their doubts

1.After serving Lifeinvader mumber which shows that many favouritism going on Lifeinvader and ads also not coiming in the tiime and many mistake in ads and if i become a leader of li and i fix this all thing and I treat everyone equally and respectfully and i motivation to to work hard to m mumber and good bouns system and i see many times not get a bonus on time in every department and i iwll fix this and i will hire good hod and dhod for li and they will active in morning and night also and i will make good hr team to help the citizens and hire good guys in li and i will listen their problem and understand and i will try to do resolve the problem and I am trusted my LI members as well. I have been part of LI so I have very good knowledge about everything regarding LI such as work of each department events etc.

2.There have been visible tensions between the Invaders and the Leadership in the recent which have impacted the organization's work environment and Restoring harmony communication, and familiarity among all members will be my main objective as a leader.

3.Because Lifeinvader's system is already well organized and effective. But I think there's always space for development. I would like to discuss a number of new plans and ideas with the curators in order to improve the organization's public impact and creativity to the citizen and I want to make Lifeinvader even more engaging and good and well respected all mumber and the state with programs like Global Events that are based on Citizens Demands Exclusive Weekly and Interviews with State Leaders etc will be happen in the time.


3. Your advices for improving RolePlay level in organization.

1.There will be absolutely no favoritism at any stage from selecting new applicants to assigning tasks within the organization.

2. Organize weekly meetings with all High Commands to minimize the gap between leadership and HCs. These meetings will help me understand the issues happening in the Lifeinvader they’re facing to resolve the problems at the earliest and in my term every department will be active every time to help the Citizens and end of corruption in Citizens also.

3. Organize training sessions for newly hired Interns to familiarize and respectfully and get training on the time to them with the Lifeinvader system and minimize mistakes from the start.

4. i will Promote good guy a familiar environment and respectfully guys within the organization where members can share ideas ask questions, interact freely, and i wll help every one in any problem and my hr team give the training to Interns on time the and contribute to the term together and friendly also.
