This complaint concerns a possible violation of GR 6.4 and GR 6.1.
Officer John Kooos has an approved corruption biography. However, the admin approval explicitly states:
Since the 100k bribe was explicitly prohibited in Outcome 1, this appears to exceed the approved biography permissions.
Additionally, I received:
GR 6.1 states that the player is obliged to play only the truth. Outcome 3 also requires charges to be from PC and not too severe.
I respectfully request review of whether the 100k bribe and the applied charges comply with the approved biography limitations.
If exceeding approved biography limitations does not fall under GR 6.4, I respectfully request clarification on which rule applies when a state employee acts outside their admin-approved restrictions.

- Outcome 1: No use of family functions, 100k bribe, or guns.
- Outcome 3: No PDA abuse and nothing too severe. Charges must be from PC, no targeting.
Since the 100k bribe was explicitly prohibited in Outcome 1, this appears to exceed the approved biography permissions.
Additionally, I received:
- 5 stars
- 85 minutes jail time
- Solitary confinement
- A Sexual Harassment charge
