I am escalating this Rejected - G.P. 6.15 | Kizule Macakk because the decision made by Abraham on my G.P. 6.15 complaint makes absolutely no logical sense, again.
I was shot on a property that did NOT belong to the attacker, and the money machine was located on a completely different house/property. That automatically makes the shooting a violation of G.P. 6.15 (per RS Server rules). This is not subjective. It is factual and clearly visible in the video proof.
What makes this worse is that the players themselves admitted in the forum thread that they were aware of the situation (you can easily see it in both threads). Their justification was that this was the only way for them to reach the machine (true, but idc). That is irrelevant. Server rules are not optional based on convenience.
The first administrator rejected the complaint without properly addressing the evidence (not sure if this is intentional or not). I escalated it to higher administration, expecting an objective review from someone. Instead, Abraham again simply stated that the administrator made the correct decision, without explaining how the rule does not apply in this case. Guess I/we will never know.
There was no breakdown of the rule.
No explanation of the property boundaries.
No explanation of why G.P. 6.15 would not apply.
Just a confirmation of the previous decision.
This does not look like a proper review of the evidence again.
I have previously asked for my cases to be handled by a different administrator because there has been a consistent pattern of decisions in my reports that I strongly believe were not objectively evaluated - Reviewed - Fail RP | Abraham Elkhabib
At this point, I am asking for an independent and transparent review of the situation by someone who will actually evaluate the rule and the evidence, instead of simply confirming a prior decision without justification again and again.
I expect a clear explanation of how shooting someone under these circumstances is not G.P. 6.15. Maybe Aldin can answer, as he always provides why/how on specified situation.
I am aware this takes your time, but this is the only official channel players have to seek fairness when they believe a decision is wrong.
