I asked 2 med kits ( Twice ), but the Docter ( 203123 ) sold me 4 med kits without clearly informing me and I accidentally accepted the trade, paying for 4 .
Kindly Review this , as the player may be intentionally adding extra items to mislead citizens and unfairly complete their target in EMS
