Rejected Leader Aplication Criteria | For Curator of Project

Dear Lebron, my application for EMS was rejected, the reason being that I do not meet the criteria for a leader, so that I would not be an admin leak - since I left the administration less than a month ago so that I could be a leader because it was my life's desire, I would like to ask you to check what the criteria are for a leader. These criteria for the leader exist only on the RS server, which I think is very unnecessary since older players on the server cannot apply for the leader. I would like to ask you on behalf of many people on the server that this rule be changed and that everyone has the opportunity to register as a leader on the RS server.
