As in the provided pov i can see that there was a situation with the suspect and the thread owner before, which cannot be verified due to insufficient evidence. (The Suspect can file a complain with his pov if any rule was broken from the thread owner)
Also it can be seen that the suspect left the RP and went into the bridge to kill the thread owner afterwards.
