(I want to be the leader of the Marabunta because I believe in what the gang stands for loyalty, respect, and strength. I know what it takes to lead and keep everyone together, and I want to help the gang grow and be even more respected in the city. Encourage everyone to act like their character all the time.

Define everyone's role in the gang (leader, enforcer, etc.) to keep things organized.

Let everyone play how they enjoyâble some like action, others prefer talking and plotting.
