I launch my drone and saw him at 8:35 IC time he was not wearing gang clothes and nor he is in that gang at TS 00:20
Then he shoots at us at TS 2:04 to 2:18 which is violation of ER1.2

And you will see in the same POV player ID 193745 did CL at TS 2:57

And I believe he was not in the gang involved in that situation so he is breaking ER1.2 And if he was part of gang then we was not wearing any Gang Clothes then its violation of GH1.7

I want to clarify something so it was not cl it was my internet problem I have been facing code more than 10 times and it causes my instant reply to turn off and the dress thing was all a Black magic when I see no reaction from this officer i that's make me suspicious and as you can see in his pov I just weared gang clothes after that .
