Hello Administration, I understand that my previous appeal was reviewed and rejected, and I fully respect that decision. However, I sincerely ask you to please take a few moments to carefully read this message, as it is not meant to repeat the same points, but to clarify important details that may not have been fully explained before. This server truly means a lot to me. I have invested a lot of time, effort, and dedication here. I built my progress step by step, and I would never intentionally risk everything by using cheats or breaking the rules. Losing my account has been very difficult for me because I genuinely enjoy being part of this community. I would like to explain something important about the PC check process. Around 15 days before this ban, I was PC checked by an administrator, and I was clearly told that my PC was clean and that I had nothing related to cheats. During the recent PC check, I asked if it was possible to have an Arabic-speaking administrator to avoid any misunderstanding, since I am not fully fluent in English. I was told it was okay to continue. We communicated in English and partly through a translator. I am concerned that there may have been a misunderstanding during the explanation of what was found on my PC. I was informed that “information was detected” on my device, and shortly after that I was banned with the reason “Cheat”. I want to clearly state that I have never used cheats, never activated hacks, and never intended to violate the server rules. After the ban, I personally checked my entire PC to make sure there is absolutely no cheat software, injectors, or illegal programs. I am not accusing anyone of being wrong. I only respectfully request a full and careful review of my case, because I truly believe there may have been a misunderstanding due to language barriers or interpretation during the PC check.
If necessary, I am fully willing to: • Do another complete PC check • Fully reset my PC • Cooperate with any verification process required I respect the administration and the rules of the server, and I sincerely hope for a fair reconsideration of my situation.
