Hello,
I am writing to respectfully request a review of my ban and to express my concern regarding the handling of my appeal.
During the appeal process, I felt the administrator spoke to me in an unprofessional and inappropriate manner. I was simply trying to explain my situation accurately.
Furthermore, my appeal was rejected after someone commented that I was banned for cheating on the EN3 server. I would like to clarify that this person is currently blacklisted, yet they still commented on my appeal, criticizing me. The administrator subsequently deleted the comment and replied to me. I believe it is unfair for the decision to be influenced by a comment from someone who is already blacklisted.
I would also like to clarify that while playing on the EN3 server, I also had an active account on the EN1 server simultaneously.
I respectfully request an independent and impartial review of my case. I have never intentionally cheated and I am fully prepared to cooperate with any further investigations if necessary.
I apologize if this message has caused any inconvenience. My sole aim is to seek fairness and clarity.
