Hi i was driving my taxi but in between the road a player came and crashed on me so i went and bumped him once so he came out of the car and took out his gun and started firing at me repeatedly (i bumped him only once after he crashed into me) so he came out started firing so i honked him to stop but he repeatdly fired and killed me. it wasnt a red zone or ghetto area so he must be punished under the rule of GR 6.15
