2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
2.1 I have been playing on this project for almost 4 years i gained alot of experience knowledge and learned alot of skills in EN and i was in crime orgs mostly there i spended time in crime orgs pretty and after coming to EN3 i gained also alot of experience knowledge knew how it works and then i applied for the leadership of bloods i runned for 15 days and gained 31 territories within 14 days after getting the experience of leadership how it works and how it runs i think im capable to become the new leader of ballas and rule the city.
2.2 After getting a good support from my people in previous organization i think this time the same mistakes wont be repeated again and we will spread our rule all over the city so people would know our gang name and my name who is manging it I have alots of plans with ballas and i think if i get the leadership will use them all and everything would be different from others we will do every situation with proper rp so everyone can have fun with least rule breaks last time when i was leader of bloods in 14 days we had the record of doing least rule breaks while staying active which i still think is a good achievement for me I also want to repeat this thing same to ballas but this time with a sucessful Term.
2.3 I would spread our gang name all over the city we will try to do the max activity as possible with proper rp with fun so everyone enjoys while doing rp
We will hire most of the experience people who knows how to do proper rp with fun with them we will teach each of our guys if they need any help
With this most of our people will know how to do proper rp with fun and also with no rule breaks. As a ex Leader of Bloods I think i have those capabilities
to lead ballas with zero toxicity and everyone will be as a family member we will act as a family and make our bond stronger and stronger and we will rule the city
If everyone comes together no one can stop us.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
3.1 I will make sure to hire people with proper formal process so our gang doesnt lack of knowledge and break any rules.
3.2 We will try to do max activity as possible with least rule breaks and with proper rp.
3.3 Rank chasers Favourtism Toxicity Gang Hopper Wont be tolerated they would be instantly Blacklisted from the Org and i will make sure to check Logs for that
3.4 Bonuses will be given as soon as possible so my people dont need to wait that long for bonuses.
