I value teamwork and carry out the tasks assigned to me without question. I know Ballas discipline, loyalty, and dominance in the neighborhood, and I am familiar with his past, which is why I possess and embrace the same discipline and loyalty. I know when to remain silent,when to be decisive, and when to be tough and uncompromising.​

2.2 I want to take the lead in increasing Ballas influence in the city and maintaining respect in the neighborhood because I have a particular weakness for the color purple. 2. Why do you want to be a leader of Ballas?​

First of all, I already have experience inside Ballas as a Deputy, so I understand how the gang works and what is expected from leadership. I know what went well before and what could have been done better. That gives me a clear idea of what I would improve if I become leader.

Second, I have been in many high command positions in legal organizations like SAHP, FIB, LSPD and NG. Those roles taught me discipline, communication, and how to control situations under pressure. Leading a gang requires structure and calm decision-making, especially during wars and events. I believe I have the maturity and experience to handle that responsibility.

Third, I want to bring stability and respect back to Ballas. A lot of gangs lose quality because they invite people without interviews or don’t enforce rules properly. That leads to rulebreaks and bad RP. I want Ballas to be known for strong roleplay, loyalty, and dominance not for chaos or random behavior.

3. Your advice for improving RolePlay level in the organization​

One of the biggest problems I see is lack of structure. If I become leader, I will create a clear chain of command and assign responsibilities properly.

I will choose 4 Deputies:

• 2 Deputies will handle recruitment and interviews. Nobody joins without a proper interview. They must know server rules and understand gang RP before getting accepted.
• 1 Deputy will focus fully on turf control and war strategy.
• 1 Deputy will focus on training and helping new members improve their RP.

This way, everyone has a role and responsibility.

I also want to focus more on internal RP meetings, loyalty tests, promotions based on activity and trust, not just friendship. Promotions should feel earned. That makes members take the gang more seriously.

• We gonna plant Solar panels, cannabis seeds and sell extra ammunition which will give us profit to increase our organisation balance and will help to give out good bonuses.
• I gonna hire deputies who have good knowledge in gang side as they will take interview of other guys to check their knowledge and take them in gang as a member which will prevent us from mass rule breaks and unnecessarily warnings.
• All the gang members will be rewarded for their hard work and activity every week as it will influence other members to do more work for the reward.
