Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
My Experience and Understanding in Bloods
When I joined the city, I saw many gangs were not really active and some didnt have proper leadership. Bloods caught my attention because it had structure and members who actually cared about RP. That is why I decided to stay and grow here. During my time in Bloods, I learned how important discipline and teamwork is. I served as Deputy in two different terms which gave me real leadership experience. I handled internal issues, managed events, and organized RP situations like robberies and hostage scenes. Sometimes things didn’t go as planned, but that also taught me how to handle pressure and take quick decisions. This experience helped me understand both the struggles of members and the responsibility of leadership.
Keeping Bloods Strong and Active
One thing I noticed is that activity sometimes drops during certain hours, especially late night. If I become leader, I will build a balanced team for both day and night shifts. A gang should not depend on only few people. I will make sure events, turfs and city presence stays consistent. Even small daily activity matters. When people see Bloods active everywhere, respect comes automatically. Reputation is built by regular effort, not random big actions.
Leadership With Discipline and Fairness
In some organizations, favoritism becomes a problem and it slowly breaks unity. I dont want that in Bloods. Promotions will be based on performance, loyalty and effort, not personal friendship. At the same time, leadership should not be too harsh without reason. I believe in giving chances but also keeping discipline strong. If someone creates toxicity or breaks rules repeatedly, action will be taken. My goal is to create a serious but supportive environment.
Your Advice for Improving the RolePlay Level in the Organization
To improve RP, we need more planning and less random actions. Deputies should prepare proper scenarios before starting events so everything looks realistic. Members should focus more on character development. If everyone builds a proper backstory, conversations and reactions become more natural. We should also improve communication inside the gang. Many problems happen because of misunderstanding. Clear instructions before turf or missions will reduce confusion. Lastly, everyone must stay in character during serious situations. Even small OOC mistakes can break the whole scene. Goals 1- Keep The Bloods active all day and night. 2- Create more realistic and intense RP situations in events. 3- Improve turf performance and aim for full dominance. 4- Organize a proper graffiti team to control city image. 5- Maintain zero tolerance for toxicity and favoritism. 6- Make Bloods one of the most respected gangs in ghetto. 7- Build a strong name so people think twice before challenging Bloods. Red is not just a color, it stands for loyalty and unity.
