Respected Higher Administration of Grand RP,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing this appeal regarding the warn issued to me for Fear RP. I would like to respectfully explain my situation and request a reconsideration.
At the time of the incident, I had briefly stepped away from my system to take a short restroom break. Unfortunately, during that short period, the situation occurred in-game which resulted in me receiving a warn. When I returned and realized what had happened, I immediately tried contacting the admin who issued the warn and explained the entire situation to him. He listened to my explanation and advised me to submit an appeal to higher administration.
I fully understand the importance of Fear RP and server rules, and I always try my best to follow them properly. It was never my intention to break any rule or avoid roleplay. The situation happened purely because I was temporarily away and not present at my screen.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and kindly request you to review my case and consider removing the warn. I assure you that I will be more careful in the future and will make sure not to leave during any active RP situation.
