Rejected Forum Appeal

While I was playing, I suddenly got banned, and when I checked the forum, I saw that a thread had been opened about me. When I wanted to see the evidence that the person who opened the thread had, they had deleted the video before the 2 days were up. Isn't it my right to see what I was punished for?
