While doing Valentine task i was unfairly punished along with my friend due to this thread: Approved - RDM|392734



1. POV is Edited and should not even be reviewed at first place - POV of POV? maybe lets record with phone next time

2. in POV You can see clearly an RP situation - so there is no RDM (and no MASS RDM as the third person killed was me - his friend + also not shown in POV that he patched me up second after killing me)

cops arresting me in front of my friend

cops GAVE DEMANDS 0:37 clearly can hear You have 5 seconds



As well cops didnt provide FULL SITUATION

they pulled up there 3 times and they saw we was doing multiple Valentine tasks (KIss, Hug, Play Bottle - bottle was also on ground near us as seen in posted edited POV)


so please reconsider your decision espesially thowards my friend who was blocked for mass rdm of 2 ppl... in RP situation after demands was given
As it was clearly RP situation my toxicity do not have nothing to do with this as its part of roleplay character

Firstly, the POV is not edited. The claims of 0:12 - 0:13 and 0:43 - 0:45 "skips/hitches/lag" in playback has no affect on the outcome of the visibility. Secondly, POV is one minute and twenty seconds long, well pass the minimum requirement of one minute for validity. Next, RDM is RDM doesn't matter if its your friend of family member. Lastly the demands at 0:37 aren't lethal demands, the officer is simply asking for IDENTIFICATION, not lethal confrontation.
