Life Story
Jack Dinero was born into a normal family. They didn’t have much money but they had each other. His parents always tried their best for him. His dad worked long shifts and his mom stayed close to him most of the time.
When Jack was 11 years old, something happened that changed everything.
They were driving late at night through a tunnel in Los Santos. A car blocked the road in front of them and a few masked men came out. His dad looked scared but tried to stay calm. They were forced out of the car. Jack didn’t really understand what was happening until his mom looked at him and told him to run and don’t look back.
He ran. He kept running until his legs hurt and he couldn’t hear anything behind him.
After that night, he never saw his parents again. No bodies were found and no one was arrested. He grew up without answers. That stayed in his head forever.
Career Story
When he turned 18, he had to survive on his own. He worked small jobs, mostly driving related because he was always good behind the wheel. He worked as a taxi driver for a while and learned almost every street in the city.
During that time he met people from the streets. At first it was just conversations, then small favors. He slowly got involved with a gang. Nothing big in the beginning, mostly driving and helping with small things. Over time he learned how gangs operate, how they move, how they think and how they escape.
He liked the feeling of power and respect, but something always bothered him. He kept thinking about his parents and what happened in that tunnel. He realized that staying in the gang life would only bring him closer to the same darkness.
So he left. Quietly.
He changed his last name to Dinero and decided to join LSPD. He told himself he wanted justice, but in reality he also wanted control. Being on the inside means knowing everything. It means power.
Now as an officer, Jack walks a thin line. He understands criminals better than most officers because he used to think like them. Sometimes that past still pulls him back.
He does what benefits him and the people he cares about. At the end of the day, he believes the world isn’t black and white. It’s about who survives.

1 . Jack can take guns from suspects insted for money to let them go2. Jack can lie about a lawyer if a suspect requests it.
3. Jack don't have to follow 10-15 processing procedures like showing id and not reading Miranda Rights.
4. Jack can go into Ghetto Off Duty and can Kill/Rob people with his family members. ( No fighting against LEOs and not entering gang HQ)
5. Jack can search suspects for their bodycams, and destroy them by smashing them on the ground. (using /try only 2 times per situation
6. Jack can use illegal items like drugs/illegal weapons while on and off duty.

8. jack can deny his ID to anyone if it is going to benefits his org.
9. jack can go to black market when his off duty to sell his illegal weapons
