With full respect Mr. Bobby,
I am requesting a reconsideration of the decision due to new and important circumstances.
As instructed, I proceeded IC and hired a lawyer to request the officer’s bodycam. Below is proof of my communication with my lawyer:

However, the officer left the organization. According to information provided to my lawyer, this was done to avoid internal IC consequences. Because of this, I am no longer able to request the bodycam IC.
Additionally, here is proof of the incorrect fines I received (total $300,000):

The fines include charges such as robbery and taking a hostage. I was on duty as a LEO at the time. It is unrealistic and against RP logic for an on-duty officer to commit robbery or hostage taking. That is why I reported it as Fail RP.
Furthermore, the officer reportedly changed his in-game name after leaving the organization, which makes it even more difficult to proceed IC regarding the global blacklist and arrest warrant situation.
My concern is:
Rule 5.6 states that LSPD/SAHP/FIB require bodycam for each arrest. If the officer leaves the organization and avoids providing bodycam, how is a player supposed to defend themselves IC or OOC?
I respectfully request a re-evaluation of this situation considering:
I followed the instruction to proceed IC.
I hired a lawyer.
The officer left the org, preventing bodycam access.
I received $300,000 in questionable fines.
There is supporting evidence provided above.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
