I - Why do i want to be Leader of Bloods? First of all i want create the most villian gang of the city and make the ghetto fully red.
II - Second, if i will be the gang leader i will be equivalent to everyone and i will be good everyone so no one will be get toxiced. I will be fair and my deputies will be too.
III - Lastly, if i will be choosen i wont act like the im the one. I will listen everyone i wont be selfish, I will hire good deputies with good past's. I will act like deputies are my brother's so i will lead with my team. I will be the leader but at hearts. Everyone will be the single piece of the best Bloods term.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
I - My advice to improving the RolePlay level in the organization is, keeping good connections with everyone and wont allow any single toxicy, also taking active deputies and making events, attending to every event.
II - Respect to every gang and be good with them. But at their first mistake we wont forgive.
III - I will be equivalent and fair to be everyone so i will keep everything good with no toxicy.
IV - Good Bonus system with good bonuses to be fair everyone will get what they deserved.
V - Winning every single event no lose. We will win against Leo's and another gangs.
VI - No any single favortism, toxicy to new players allowed. Everything will be fair.
VII - My turf team will achieve the %100 turf and make the map Red.
VIII - It will be very good term with no any Warnings or Verbals.
IX - Good, fair ranking system so everyone will like it.
X - Doing least %90 of grafitti done.
