First of all, I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Lebron for lifting my forum ban and for giving me this opportunity. I truly appreciate the time you are dedicating to my case, and I would like to thank you both in advance for your consideration.
On 01.12.2026, following accusations made against me by Scaroc Pacho, I was initially banned for 60 days. This ban was later converted into a permanent ban under the Helping Cheater rule. I strongly deny these accusations and would like to clearly state that they are false. Below, I am sharing all relevant evidence for your detailed review.

Additionally, I would like to share a recently obtained video: Watch Desktop 2026.01.13 - 02.37.05.40 | Streamable
In this video, my in-game friend Konte (Ahmet Nicht – ID 48063) discusses the incident involving me. When the video is reviewed carefully, it can be seen that his statements contain contradictions. He also states that he submitted a 1-minute POV received from Davis to Scaroc, who was an admin at that time.
The full and unedited version of this video is available in the appeal thread mentioned above, where my defense is explained clearly and step by step.
I would also like to clarify an important point.
At the time of the incident, I was neither a gang deputy nor a gang leader. As Ahmet also stated, I was serving as a Turf Leader.
For clarification:
a Turf Leader is responsible only for forming squads for 5v5 or 6v6 turf fights when the Turf Deputy is unavailable, using a 15-player team previously created by the deputy. A Turf Leader does not have the authority to remove players and is simply another turfer within the game.
Despite my limited authority, once I became suspicious about the situation, I immediately informed both the deputy and the leader. The message in which I reported this issue can be found here:
As a Turf Leader, I believe I acted responsibly and did everything that was within my authority.
I understand the firm stance of the admin team, as the accusations were supported by edited or shortened videos. I did my best to defend myself throughout this process. Ultimately, the decision rests with you sir.
I have been playing this game for four years, have provided PvP support to many media members, and have never helped cheaters under any circumstances. . Perhaps I should have been more cautious and avoided being involved in such a situation, and I also acknowledge that my English needs improvement. Nevertheless, what has happened cannot be changed.
I would like to inform you that the administrator who made these accusations against me and caused my ban was blacklisted from the project shortly after I was banned. I am not aware of the exact reason for this.
If I made any mistakes or had any shortcomings, I sincerely apologize. Should there be any additional accusations against me, I am confident that I can address them openly and honestly. If I am found to have made a genuine mistake, I am prepared to accept the consequences.
Based on all the evidence I have provided, I respectfully request a reconsideration and the removal of my ban.
