Rejected Provoking, Fail RP | Player 104618

Good Day Admin,

This guy hates me and i reported him before a couple of times as well and i am avoiding him in city but keeps on provoking me sometimes with fail rp because now i am wearing a balaclava and he just know my id not even my name in city so i am trying to maintain in rp to make sure that i dont know him to keep everything in RP rules but he is doing everything to provoke me this time by giving me a cocaine in checkpoint he has LSPD friend not even searching him and the main point is this is a checkpoint as well also you can see that his LSPD friend is carrying him as well following us before we left the situation while he is not a LEO before I go near the helicopter to go back to base and he is always trying to provoke me and my rp in city but i always ignore him you can even see in the POV he talked to his LSPD friend and pointing at me after he gave the cocaine which is using friends to provoke me. He is already affecting my rp in city not sure what is the best punishment for this guy the proof is from 15:31 till 0:17:48 Whenever he gets reported he will be more provoking me. And the guy who talking FL in the video intro background audio is the same guy you can hear his voice in the video part where i am about to leave in the helicopter.

How is that provoking or fail RP? If we were talking OOC about the game thats not fail RP and about what you said that my LSPD friend didnt search me why would he search me if I didnt violate anything? If you had an issue with that u shouldve reported it to LSPD High Command. Thats an IC issue not something to cry about on the forums. Ur even calling it fail RP but when I gave u the cocaine, why didn’t you arrest me? Instead u just avoided the RP situation by not talking and walking away. So dont call it fail RP when ur the one not continuing the RP properly.

If that is the case, you said you are innocent and not provoking just me in that same exact time. In all of those LEOs around the checkpoint, post a POV of you passing cocaine to them as well if you are not targeting or trying to provoke me. And would you dare to do that in OOC in a checkpoint with a LEO that you didn't even know? Isn't that an unrealistic realistic act? Also, in OOC, like you talking, will only try to frame up people who they target and have intentions to destroy their reputation, you know, if they hated them. Study the RP rules and if that reflects OOC matter as well. Of that, would you think in OOC your face is even visible in the checkpoint? Do you mean in OOC if you are talking about OOC? I can't recognize a man without a mask or anything. You can be recognized by anyone, but me wearing a balaclava i think you cant both OOC and RP speaking. People wants to justify themsleves if they are proven wrong not sure why they keep on doing it then defend later and if you are not provoking OOC as well why even in my corrupt BIO got rejected the same people react is also visible that is not related to you or any of you what do you think you are always visible and you still wants to say you are innocent. If I will look at all of this scenario this is a case of bullying and harassment if talking Outside Of Character many of my friends says to ignore you but you are always Provoking in Both OCC and IC which i think is your specialty to drag your friends to provoke someone also put proofs of me present in your RP trying to play RP with you without entering my JURO or outside of my duty maybe you have if you are telling everyone that you are playing by the rules.
