Additional information
1. Leader of Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
2.1 Alot of experience and leadership background
I have been in EMS for more than 9 months now. During this time, i have gained multiple experiences including The Chief as Well as The Deputy Chief of EMS. This experience has allowed me to understand every response and management for a proper functioning of the organization. I am fully familiar with the EMS Protocols, rules, functioning and internal structures
2.2 A good hold on how EMS Works
I have a proper knowledge of every aspect within EMS such as handling internal matters professionally like scene management, coordination with leos, proper training to the employee etc. My prior leaderships experience gives me an extra ability to provide some high-quality roleplay as well as maintaining proper discipline within the organization.
2.3 Personal connection to EMS
I want to become the leader of EMS because this organization has been a major part of my journey in the city. It is where I gained leadership experience, built strong teamwork skills, and developed my understanding of high-quality medical roleplay. I have learned, correct past weaknesses, and ensure EMS continues to grow stronger and gain more respect within the community.
3. Your advice for improving the Role-play level in the organization.
3.1 Stopping Force RP as doctors are forcing citizens to buy medicine so they can get a better paycheck. EMS doctors should prioritize patient care instead for farming paychecks.
3.2 Improving roleplay regarding surgeries is necessary, as many doctors in EMS do not properly understand how to use /me and /do commands. There are multiple situations in which we need to perform surgeries, but currently, some staff members do not know how to do so correctly. I will make sure that EMS doctors are fully capable of performing detailed, professional, and immersive surgical roleplay.
3.3 I will work on encouraging citizens from all time zones to join so EMS lobbies will never be empty and there will be units active throughout the day.
3.4 I have noticed that the current state wave used by EMS is outdated and does not attract much attention. I am planning to update it with a more professional and catchy state wave that better represents EMS. This will help attract more citizens and potential recruits, increasing overall activity and interest in the organization.
3.5 I will make sure my high commands and employees are being professional and highly experienced not just holding ranks by letting them face some of the RP situations so they can learn more by themselves.
