I want to be the leader of the Bloods Street Gang because I see lot of time the gang active few days then get inactive i believed that i want to be a leader and make a name of my leadership it is an old gang from the beginning now i wanna make it more active and stronger, if I am given the position, I will make sure that Families regains its vibe and that people fear it.

During my leadership time period I will not tolerate favoritism i see everywhere that 99% favoritisms they distribute the ranks and everthing and the loyal citizens did not get chance to prove yourself every single member will be given the same opportunity so i want to change this thing first.

When people enter, they should feel like The Families Might be watching, ready To Rob,Kill us at any moment. The Blood Which Is Known For His Red Green I M in the city since more than a year but for some reason almost for 7 months I was in state orgs and I almost attended most of the eventsi just want to make bloods dominate in store robbery , gun store robbery , Fz Raid , Hostage Situation
So accordingly to my personal experiences whenever I wanted to join any gang I try to go the hq of the gang but the thing is people of the gangs were not there so for this reason I've to go to another gang as most of people's don't have favourite People's Who will come Personally To Invite Them You Know Or it might be because they were on gang raid or somewhere I'll make sure that anyone who is coming to join or capable of joining will not go without joining my gang.
So the third reason is that I might never been the leader of any gang but I guess we learn from experiences so I want to experience Bloods I've learned from the leaders what mistakes they should not do I try explaining them but they got the ego after getting leadership uk but I trained many people's from 0 to hero in state orgs even when I was at 28 rank I never acted like I m their high commands that's why I just want to implement my this behaviour in gang so they can communicate with me it's okay if they wanna make fun of me but that's how you make yourself great by not minding things personally.

So My Advices Are Simple that I want but I've never seen any gang leader implementing it after becoming leader
Note : If I'll Get Selected Trust Me These Things Would Be Implemented On The First Day Of My Leadership.
I will make a Teams Like The HR Time In Legal Orgs From Which Atleast One Guy Will Stay At The HQ Even If We Are Going For Any Store Robbery And Xyz Things So Noone Will Go With Empty Hands As I've mentioned in the first Point Above.
I Will take my gang members to the arena to improve their Shooting Skills I'll teach them how to take cover I'll make my best turfers trainers so they will teach my gang members.
I will make sure there will be no favioutism, Toxicity I'll only make high commands to those who don't have ego for their rank who will treat everyone as the same rank teach them how to rob people's how to actually implement highway robbery I'll give each and every gang members a chance to initiate robberies so they will never feel left out.
