So i was trying to buy rp tickets and he told me he was selling 20 of them for 3.9M, that's where i found him suspicious and then during the exchange he disregards to exchange via the Ingame exchange and asks me to handover the cash to him. This is where it all starts, its either he has no rp tickets and is trying to scam me and give me ntg in return or he is trying to evade tax by asking me to handover cash in return for the rp tickets. Also i asked him to at least place the tickets on the exchange menu for which he denied. Rest everything in pov
