Hello,
I am writing this appeal respectfully regarding my ban on Server EN3 with the reason listed as “Cheat.”
I would like to clearly explain my situation. I have never used any cheating software, external programs, or tools that provide any unfair advantage. I honestly do not know how to use such tools and have never attempted to.
The only modification I made was a visual edit to the map. I changed the appearance of the map design, and I also edited the minimap texture to include my in-game name on it. These edits were purely cosmetic and did not affect gameplay, mechanics, weapons, damage, visibility, or provide any competitive advantage in any way.
I understand that modifying game files can raise concerns, and if this violated the rules, it was not my intention to break them. There was absolutely no intention to gain an unfair advantage.
After being pulled for a BC check by Frost, I was later banned. I believe there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the nature of these edits.
I am fully prepared to cooperate with a complete DBC/PC check or any further investigation required. I have nothing to hide and am willing to follow any verification process.
I respectfully request a fair re-investigation of my case. I truly value the server and hope you can review this matter once again.
