Rejected Complaint against dr.Felix Tired

Hello,
Today i get banned for PC Check Positiv without an really Check i wrote 3 admins on discord and all blocked me.
After 3 hours i went ingame and saw that my ban changed to PC Check Positiv (Cleaning) without they really checked me so i wrote an unbann apeal and it got rejected with the reason that they can unban me because i got 4.1 without an really check so please Lebron Check this
