My fellow officer responded to car theft and detained the suspect and the suspect in left eye moves the IC situation of being arrested to ooc which is gr 6.10
insulting my friend calling him "fcking indian bitch" which is racist cuz he referred to a nationality and doing ooc insult as its in non rp chat
